Different meanings for the red ring of death 360?

I just opened a brand new Gears of War 2. My xbox is perfect until I started with this game, it freezes constantly now …. but only in this game. I still stop and restart but I had three red rings. I waited 5 minutes and now it work again. Are there different meanings for red rings? Does anyone else have a problem with the new Gears of War 2?

It is not my xbox 360 into disrepair in me with the game Halo 3. I have the circle of the red rings of death and had to send another. If things keep happening, then unplug it and have the hard drive, just wait minutes and then put the hard drive back there and plug it in, if not try again a couple more, if it fails, then you have to send another. I know it's lame. Not sure if there is a different meaning in the circle, just know is not good. If you think this is the game back to the store and get a new one and see if it works better.
