does anyone know of any silver dealers in hertfordshire that can value a silver plated silver tea set for me?
I have a silver plated tea set that was my mums when she got married in 1980. I was wondering if it was worth anything for her.
If it is silver plate it is not worth much at all unfortunately unless of course they were made by one of the best firms like Aspreys and have great artistic value. Scrap value is minimal too because there is very little silver in them.
