physical therapy for fingers?

i tore the ligament in my hand, and had a cast around my wrist and ring/pinkie finger for 4 weeks
i just got it off and i am having difficulty bending my ring and pinkie fingers
i have to go for physical therapy twice a week now
i was just wondering what kind of things they might have me do? will it hurt? (ps im 17 years old)

I’ve broken many bones in my body and have had to go to physical therapy many times before. The first like i’d say 1-3 times you go in for your physical therapy it may hurt. But later on you are going to start feeling much better. Hope this helped
