What skateboard size is best for a giant?
Ok well i want to get a skateboard but im not sure what size board, trucks, wheels, etc. to get. My shoe size is 14-15 in mens depending on the brand, skate shoes or nonskate shoes, im 6’4” and im 238 Lbs. Im probably going to get an almost because i heard there sturdy not sure if thats true but i dont feel like buying another board because it snapped lol. Also if theres a sturdier deck because im probably going to buy it online soon please tell me.
Your best bet is to get a wider deck something from 8.0-8.2 or so. This will support your weight better and you’d definatly be able to handle this deck just fine. Almost is one of my favorite deck brands top 3. Most decks are 7 ply, meaning they have 7 peices of veener, now you can sometimes find 8 ply or 9 ply but you have to. An 80# person can snap a deck jsut as easy as a 300# person. Just learn to stand and land on the deck right (right over the trucks) and you’ll have no problems.
