Gold Quarter Eagle Value

Gold Quarter Eagle Value
What kind of coin do I have?

Its about the size of a quarter. One side has two men facing each other with an eagle below them. The other side has a small building in the middle and around the outside it says “To ??? Indrustries Protection” Its old and kinda hard to read. Not sure if it is gold or copper, it needs cleaned up but first I wanted to know if anyone knows what this coin is. It has no $ value on it.

I am seeing quite a few campaign tokens from the 1800′s that say “Protection to American Industry” with the politician’s bust on the other side including Abraham Lincoln. It is likely made of bronze, and you should not clean it. This type of item is probably categorized as exonumia.
