Earrings Threaders

I’m trying to find the name of the type of earring I saw at a boutique… it was oval and had no closure.?
it was gold and had to be threaded thru the ear hole but it wasn’t dangling like a threader earring. it was stiff and the front of the earring had about 4 little beads. I really want to find the name of the earring finding so I can make my own earrings. so if anyone knows the name of this type of earring or where I can buy the finding, that would be great!!
