Diamond accents? Are these real or fake diamonds?
I received a heart necklace from my aunt thats very pretty and it said it has diamond accents (there were lil diamond things around the outer layer of the heart). Im just wondering if theyre real diamonds or if not what are they? Either way its very nice.
Diamond accents is a fancy word for diamond chips. They are real diamonds, just very small. What said it had diamond accents? A description on the website or something?
But most likely if the necklace is real gold (there should be a stamp somewhere, probably on the clasp, reading 10K, or 14K, etc.), then they are probably real diamonds. If it is goldtone/goldplate/etc. then they are probably fake.
