i need some help with my new ipod?
i just got this ipod classic, its 160 GB, brand new. i tried turning it on, and it froze so i toggled the hold button and then pressed the center button and menu at the same time. the apple came up and then this red X in a circle came up and told me to go to www.apple.com/support.ipod. so i did and its still not working. my computer won’t even register that its hooked up. any ideas/tips?
i only want to send it back as a last resort, so please give me other options
send that mug back and have them send you another one!
if you just got it new then your warranty should allow this

iPods can be a pain, but i couldn’t LIVE without mine!!
