What is the value of a 1915 Indian Quarter Eagle $2.50 gold coin?
It is in near mint condition. I suppose you could say slightly circulated. This coin has probably only changed hands about 5 or 6 times.
It’s value depends on the value of gold at the time you sell it. It is not a rare date. I would say if the coin is in almost uncirculated with just a little wear it may be worth $220 or there about. I see a couple in mint state selling for around $400 in coin World a weekly coin magazine. the best time to sell is when gold is high. You can check gold values on line just type in gold spot price into yahoo or google. If selling see more than one dealer for a quote.
